Can my email address be changed?

The user’s email address cannot be changed by the user upon login. So, please ensure that you are entering the correct information into the system upon setup.

In the event of an emergency, our Technical Support Team is able to change the email address on file for you. However, doing so employs a lengthy verification process that may require the following information:

• PayPal Account Information / Credit Card Information
• Home Address
• Phone Number
• Additional Personal Information
